Site Manager Energy Hubs

What does a site manager do at WeGroSan/hmvt?

The Energy Hubs department specializes in the construction and renovation of gas stations, including infrastructure, installations, buildings, and shops. As a site manager, you work together with the groundworker to carry out the work and act as the point of contact on the project for colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You monitor the planning, administration, and quality of projects.

On the project, you allocate the work and ensure that everything is carried out according to agreements. You encourage the team to deliver quality together, achieve goals, and maintain a good atmosphere. Environmental, safety, and health matters are in good hands with you. You work closely with subcontractors, call off materials and deliveries, and inspect them on-site.

Who are you?

  • Go-getter: Problems arise, but you make sure they get solved.
  • Responsible: You act responsibly and are innovative in solving daily challenges.

  • Project enthusiast: Working on great projects at various locations.
  • Team player: Together with your team, you deliver a great and successful project for our clients.
  • Communicative: Acting as the point of contact for clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
