Data Processing and Purposes
In most cases, we obtain personal data directly from you, for example, when entering into and executing an agreement, filling out a contact form on the website, applying for a job, or contacting us via email. The data you provide us with is used to handle your request or inquiry.

In addition, in the context of an assignment we are executing, we may obtain your personal data in other ways, for example, from third parties, through (public) registers, or from public sources and websites.

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we have collected and recorded them. If there is a legal retention obligation, we adhere to that period.

This data is also used to optimize our website.
We strive to make the data we receive from you as anonymous as possible. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

We offer a newsletter to interested parties in which we inform them about our activities and related matters. If you explicitly give your consent, you will be added to the mailing list. At the bottom of each digital newsletter, you will find a link to unsubscribe. Third parties to whom we provide your personal data are also responsible for the processing of that data and for complying with the GDPR. If a third party processes your personal data as a processor on behalf of WeGroSan, we will enter into a data processing agreement that complies with the requirements of the GDPR.

If we want to contact you again in the future for a job vacancy, we will request permission to store your personal data for a longer period. This will be a maximum of one year. After this year, the data will be deleted.
